The Ralston Instruments XHGV-0000 is a 5000 psi (350 bar / 35 MPa) hydraulic hand pump built for fast, efficient field testing of pressure transmitters, gauges, and switches. An integral gauge adapter lets you quickly attach a precision test gauge to the pump while the fine adjustment control provides resolution to 0.01 psi.

This configuration ships as a complete kit: the XHGV hand pump, a 1/4" male NPT x male Quick-test process connection (no check valve, brass), a Quick-test 6900 psi hose with brass ends at 3 ft (92 cm), and a 1/4" female NPT swivel gauge connection in brass. Operating range is 0 °F to 130 °F (-18 °C to 54 °C) with media compatibility for petroleum-based oil and water. This model has been discontinued and replaced by the QTHP-2FBA; replacement parts remain available.
