Key specifications
The Siemens 760E15BAANN2D6 is an electro-pneumatic (I/P) valve positioner from the Series 760 ValvePAC family. It accepts a 4-20 mA DC command from a controller and, through an internal I/P transducer and spool valve, strokes a control-valve actuator to a position proportional to that signal. This unit is configured for quarter-turn rotary actuators by way of a NAMUR-style input shaft and three 90° cams, and its Design Level D universal shaft can be re-adapted in the field for linear service. The base positioner handles single- or double-acting actuators with direct or reverse action and split ranging, and ships with linear, equal-percentage, and quick-opening cams. Verified ratings include 150 psig maximum supply pressure, 9 scfm output capacity (Cv 0.3) at 0.5 scfm air consumption, 90° rotary mechanical feedback, and typical linearity within 0.75% of span. The powder-coated enclosure is rated NEMA 4X / IP65 with a 3/4-inch NPT conduit entry, carries FM / CSA / ATEX / CE approvals, and operates from -40 to +75 °C (-40 to +167 °F).
As ordered, this model includes a red-and-green beacon position indicator and an integral 4-20 mA feedback board that transmits valve position back to the control system; it ships without the original box or other accessories, and without pressure gauges or limit-switch boards. Multiple units are available at this listing.
