The Rosemount 228-02-20-56-61-CC is a toroidal (electrodeless) conductivity sensor from Emerson's Rosemount Analytical liquid-analysis line, built for submersion or insertion measurement in dirty, corrosive, or highly conductive process liquids where contacting-electrode sensors would foul or corrode. It measures conductivity up to 2 S/cm (2,000,000 µS/cm) with a nominal cell constant of K = 2.7/cm, and carries an integral Pt100 RTD for automatic temperature compensation. This glass-filled PEEK, standard-temperature body is rated to 120°C (248°F) and 295 psig (2135 kPa abs), suiting it to applications such as CIP/SIP monitoring, wastewater treatment, and chemical concentration control when paired with a Rosemount conductivity analyzer such as the 1056, 1066, or 5081-C.
