The Toshiba TOSVERT VF-AS1 (AS1) is the company's heavy duty, general purpose adjustable speed drive line — a modular PWM inverter family that can run with little or no programming yet carries one of the most expansive parameter sets in the industry. Every unit ships with built-in dynamic braking, an EMC filter, RS485 communications, and a 100% continuous / 150%-for-60-seconds overload rating.

The VFAS1-4370PL-HN is the 50 HP, 460 V class model, delivering 79 A to a three-phase motor from a 380/460 V, 50/60 Hz supply in a NEMA 1 enclosure with conduit adapter. Eight programmable discrete inputs, three discrete outputs, and five analog channels handle machine I/O, and the integral LED keypad supports parameter save, restore, and cloning across units.
