Custom Control Sensors' 646GZE series combines a DUAL-SNAP disc-spring switching element with a fire-resistant steel body rated NEMA 4, 7, 9 and 13, UL/CSA certified explosion-proof for Division 1 and 2 areas (Class I, Groups A-D; Class II, Groups E-G). Externally adjustable and built to shrug off vibration and shock, these switches monitor high-pressure lines in oil and gas, power generation, fluid management and chemical refining service.

This listing covers one new, sealed 646GZE9-7011, a US-made unit per the listing specifics. Its range code 9 places the switch point anywhere from 2100-3400 psi on rising pressure, resetting between 1820-3120 psi on falling pressure with roughly 280 psi of deadband, in systems rated to 5,000 psi working and 7,500 psi proof pressure. The -7011 configuration uses a 1/2 in. NPT 316 stainless steel port and stainless steel diaphragm sealed with a Viton O-ring.
