The CCS 646GZE7-7011 is an externally adjustable gage pressure switch from Custom Control Sensors' DUAL-SNAP line, which uses a snap-acting disc spring for high vibration and shock resistance. Its fire-resistant steel enclosure is rated NEMA 4, 7, 9 and 13 and is UL/CSA listed explosion-proof for Division 1 and 2 hazardous locations (Class I, Groups A-D; Class II, Groups E-G), making it a fit for oil and gas, power generation, chemical processing and water treatment installations.

This listing is for a single new, factory-sealed 646GZE7-7011. The range code 7 provides an adjustable set point of 950-2300 psi on rising pressure with reset between 750-2100 psi on falling pressure, in a system rated to 3,000 psi working pressure. The -7011 build pairs a 1/2 in. NPT 316 stainless steel port with a stainless steel diaphragm and Viton O-ring for wet or corrosive media, and the SPDT snap-action element handles up to 15 A at 125-480 VAC.
