The Fluke 434 is a three-phase power quality analyzer for finding and logging disturbances on commercial and industrial distribution systems. It monitors three phases plus neutral through DC-coupled voltage and current inputs, and it carries a 600 V CAT IV / 1000 V CAT III safety rating for work at the service entrance.
