The Fisher FIELDVUE DVC6200 is a HART-communicating, microprocessor-based digital valve controller that converts a 4–20 mA DC input signal into a proportional pneumatic output signal for positioning a control valve actuator, supporting both HART 5 and HART 7 protocols. It accepts a maximum supply pressure of 10.0 bar / 145 psig (air or natural gas) and delivers an output span of 0.4–9.5 bar (6–140 psig) through a double-acting, single-acting direct, or single-acting reverse relay. The instrument carries a Type 4X / IP66 enclosure rating and an ambient operating range of –40 to 85°C (–40 to 185°F), and mounts integrally to Fisher 657/667 and GX actuators, in window-mount configuration to Fisher rotary actuators, or via IEC 60534-6 / NAMUR brackets to sliding-stem (6.35–606 mm travel) and quarter-turn (45–180°) actuators from other manufacturers. It is designed as a direct replacement for standard pneumatic and electro-pneumatic valve-mounted positioners.
