This is a logic-solver output CHARM for DeltaV SIS, Emerson's safety instrumented system with Electronic Marshalling. The LS DO 24 VDC Redundant DTA (de-energize to actuate) CHARM drives safety final elements such as solenoid valves at up to 500 mA continuous, operating as a redundant partner pair with continuous line-fault detection on the field circuit. It installs on the CHARMs Smart Logic Solver (CSLS) hardware, not on standard process-control baseplates.
