AMI Advanced Micro Watchdog Trace Oxygen System and T-2 Trace Oxygen Sensor

The Advanced Micro Instruments (AMI) Watchdog is a trace oxygen analyzer built for sheltered Class I, Div. 2 (Groups C, D) locations — natural gas metering buildings, air-separation plants and biogas installations. Instead of long tubing runs and leak-prone compression fittings, its machined Eliminator cell block routes the gas through precision cross-drilled passages and integrates the flow meter, metering valve and Sample/Span/Off selector valve into one compact, leak-resistant sample system.

This listing pairs the Watchdog analyzer (AMI part 6ANA4340) with the AMI T-2 trace oxygen sensor, which spans 0–10,000 ppm O2 and keeps reading accurately in streams carrying up to 10 ppm H2S or 100% CO2, so no upstream H2S scrubber is needed at those levels. The electronics run on 10–28 VDC at under 50 mA and provide isolated 4–20 mA and 1–5 VDC analog outputs plus bi-directional Modbus RS485 communication.
