AMI Advanced Micro Watchdog Trace Oxygen System and T-2 Trace Oxygen Sensor -New

Advanced Micro Instruments' Watchdog is a trace oxygen analyzer designed for sheltered installations in Class I, Div. 2 (Groups C, D) areas, where it monitors O2 in natural gas, air-separation and biogas service. The complete sample system lives inside AMI's machined Eliminator cell block: precision cross-drilled gas passages replace leak-prone tubing and fittings, with the flow meter, metering valve and Sample/Span/Off selector valve all built into the block.

You're buying the Watchdog trace oxygen system (AMI part 6ANA4340) together with the AMI T-2 trace oxygen sensor. The T-2 covers 0–10,000 ppm O2 and holds its accuracy in gas streams with up to 10 ppm H2S or 100% CO2 — no separate H2S scrubber required at those levels. Power draw is under 50 mA on 10–28 VDC, with isolated 4–20 mA and 1–5 VDC outputs plus bi-directional Modbus RS485 for the control system.
