The Allen-Bradley 1756-ENBT puts a ControlLogix chassis on EtherNet/IP: it bridges the 1756 backplane to a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet network for I/O control, produced/consumed tags, HMI communication and messaging, handling up to 64 TCP and 128 CIP connections through its RJ45 twisted-pair port.

Rockwell discontinued the ENBT at the end of 2021 and points new designs to the 1756-EN2T, so tested working originals remain the practical way to keep installed ControlLogix systems on the network without swapping hardware generations. This is a Series A unit, checked through our 12-point Orbitz Certified testing.
