In-stock units are professionally packed and dispatched promptly after payment clears. Every shipment is tracked.
Domestic shipping
Shipping is charged per item based on its size and weight, and shown at checkout. The fee covers professional packing, materials and carrier costs. We ship with FedEx and UPS.
Freight
Larger units — chassis switches, drives, UPS units, total stations — ship on protected freight. We crate them properly and coordinate delivery with you.
International
We ship to 30+ countries. Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are billed by your local customs authority, not by us. We are happy to advise on documentation before you order.
