30-day warranty
Every item we sell is function-tested before shipping and covered for 30 days from delivery. Units that arrive dead on arrival are replaced at our cost.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in the condition shipped, with an RMA number issued by our support team. Contact rma@technetworksystems.com to start one.
Exclusions
Items sold for parts are sold as-is and are not covered by the warranty. This is stated clearly on every such listing.
