Its multi-level PWM inverter with neutral-point clamping (NPC) produces a near-sinusoidal output that is gentle on motor insulation, while a 24-pulse isolation transformer on the input side cancels harmonics to IEEE 519 levels and holds true power factor around 0.96 — all on a simple three-cables-in, three-cables-out installation.
