The Cisco Meraki MS390-48UX2 is a 1RU multigigabit access switch in the MS390 series: 48 RJ45 ports that auto-negotiate 100M/1G/2.5G/5G, with every port supporting Cisco UPoE and IEEE 802.3bt PoE from a 645 W budget that expands to 1745 W with a second power supply. It delivers 640 Gbps of switching capacity and a 476.19 Mpps forwarding rate, 480 Gbps of dedicated stacking over two 120 Gbps back-panel stack ports, and a modular uplink slot that accepts 4×10G or 8×10G SFP+ or 2×40G QSFP+ modules. Layer 3 routing (static and OSPF) and all configuration are handled from the cloud through the Cisco Meraki dashboard, which makes it a common choice for high-density enterprise and campus access layers feeding multigigabit endpoints and PoE-powered wireless access points.

This is the hardware-only (-HW) SKU. The factory-sealed unit ships with a single AC power supply; the modular 10G/40G uplink module, a second power supply, and an active Meraki dashboard license (Enterprise or Advanced, required for the switch to operate) are separate items and are not included.
