The Cisco C9600-SUP-1 is the Supervisor Engine 1 for the Catalyst 9600 Series — the control plane of the C9606R modular chassis. Three Cisco UADP 3.0 ASICs and a 2.4 GHz 8-core x86 CPU with 16 GB of DRAM drive up to 2.4 Tbps of per-slot bandwidth and 6 Tbps of system throughput, with support for hot patching and SSD-based application hosting.
