Absolutely. Use Request a quote with the part numbers and quantities and we'll price the project.

Shipping & freight

How quickly do orders ship?

In-stock units are professionally packed and dispatched promptly after payment, fully tracked.

Can you ship heavy or freight items?

Yes. Chassis switches, drives and total stations ship on protected freight. We crate them properly and coordinate delivery with you.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to 30+ countries. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are billed by your local customs authority, not by us.

Warranty & returns

What does the 30-day warranty cover?

Every unit is function-tested before shipping and covered for 30 days from delivery. DOA units are replaced at our cost.

How do I return something?

Contact support for an RMA number within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the condition shipped.

Condition grades

What do your condition labels mean?

New — unused, in original packaging. Refurbished — professionally restored and tested. Used · tested — pre-owned, function-tested. For parts — sold as-is, not working.

Who pays for shipping when I sell to you?

We do. You get prepaid, insured labels, or we arrange freight and pickup for bulk lots.
